EVENTS
*Rehearsal Dinner - Bring everyone together for a rehearsal dinner or an intimate family affair. The property is perfect for a potluck or catered event. $400.00

*Ceremony - Exchange your vows with the natural beauty and casual elegance of the lake and mountains. $1,200.00

*Reception - Let the celebration begin! Beautiful outdoor venue for your wedding or business reception. $1,600.00

*Wedding Ceremony and Reception - $2,700.00 This includes: 1) Bride's dressing area, 2) Groom's dressing area, 3) Rehearsal, 4) Wrought iron arbor, 5) 165 white garden chairs, 6) 20 tables of various sizes, 7) White table linens, and 8) Lower floor, with a caterer's kitchen, for inclement weather.

*Engagement Photo Shoot - $60.00 per hour or $1.00 per minute

*Event - $100.00/Hour, 4 hours minimum

*A deposit of one third is required to reserve the date for your event.

Renter is responsible for set-up and break-down.
